Return Policy

Kidscool Space is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied with our products because of the quality problem, you may apply refund directly within 60 days after your parcel is received. We will get you a refund for any non-misuse issues, e.g. damage during transportation, product defect and ill-fitting. All you need to do is just to take a photo showing the quality problem of each of your item and then email it (or them) to us at service@kidscoolspace.com for evaluation(within 3 business days), we will arrange a full refund immediately after the evaluation is completed. Also, there is no need to return your parcel to us ( applying to the quality problem only).

*The refund should be applied within 60 days after your parcel is received, and you can apply for refund by PayPal or credit card.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has been shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we receive the item(s) back from you and process them at our checkout.
